Moving your booking to another date

Life happens. If you need to shift your booking to a different day, here's how it works.

How to change your date

Go to your bookings in your account and open the booking you'd like to move. Select "Change date" and choose a new date from the available options.

The price stays the same — there's no fee to move a booking and no difference to pay if the pass price has changed since you first booked.

What to keep in mind

  • Date changes need to happen before the day. Once your booking has started or the date has passed, it can't be moved.
  • The new date needs to be available. If the escape is fully booked on the day you'd like, you'll need to pick a different one.
  • Same escape, same pass. Date changes move your booking to a new day at the same place — they don't transfer your booking to a different location.
