Terms of Service

Welcome to DayEscape. These terms explain how you can use our platform and what you can expect from us. By creating an account or booking an escape, you agree to them.
DayEscape is operated by Livmore Pty Ltd, a company registered in Spain, with its registered office in Alicante, Spain ("DayEscape", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@dayescape.co.
1. What DayEscape is
DayEscape is a marketplace that connects you to day-use access at partner spaces — pools, spas, wellness, coworking, dining and similar experiences — without an overnight stay. We help you discover and book these escapes. The partner space provides the actual experience. We act as an intermediary and booking agent, not as the operator of the space.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 to hold an account. Keep your login details secure and give us accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account.
3. Bookings and confirmation
When you book, you make an offer to purchase the escape on the terms shown (date, time window, party size, inclusions). Your booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation. Each offer's specific conditions, access times and any partner house rules form part of your booking.
4. Prices, currency and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of the escape's region (EUR by default; other currencies where available) and include the information displayed at checkout. Taxes or local fees charged by the partner space are shown before you pay where applicable. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We don't store your full card details.
5. Escape Credits and rewards
You may earn rewards — such as Escape Credits or membership tiers that make future escapes cheaper — by booking, completing escapes, or sharing feedback. Credits and rewards have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash, and may carry expiry or eligibility conditions, which we'll show you. We may adjust or withdraw the programme on reasonable notice.
6. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Each escape shows its own cancellation policy at checkout — please check it before booking. Where free cancellation applies, you can cancel within the stated window for a refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If a partner space cancels or can't honour a confirmed booking, we'll help you rebook or arrange a refund.
7. At the space
Please arrive within your booked window and follow the partner space's reasonable rules (dress, conduct, capacity, age and safety requirements). The partner may refuse or end access for unsafe, unlawful or disruptive behaviour, and in that case a refund may not be available.
8. Reviews, feedback and content you submit
We may invite you to share your intention for an escape and to tell us how it went afterwards. When you submit reviews, ratings, photos or other content, you confirm it's yours to share and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and adapt it to operate and promote DayEscape. Keep it honest, lawful and respectful — we may remove content that isn't.
9. Our role and responsibility
DayEscape provides the discovery and booking platform. The partner space is responsible for the quality, safety and delivery of the experience. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for the acts, omissions or facilities of partner spaces, and our total liability to you for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the platform: no fraud, scraping, reselling bookings, interfering with the service, or using it unlawfully. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
11. Intellectual property
The DayEscape name, brand, content and platform are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them only to use the service as intended.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If changes are material, we'll let you know. Continuing to use DayEscape after changes take effect means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Spain, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
