Arriving at your escape

Checking in is quick. Here's what you need.

What to bring

Just your confirmation — either on your phone or printed. The confirmation email you received when you booked has everything reception needs to check you in.

Some escapes use a QR code for check-in. If yours does, there'll be a code in your confirmation email that you can scan at the entrance. No app download needed.

At reception

Head to reception when you arrive and show your booking confirmation or QR code. The team there will check you in and point you in the right direction.

If you have a question or something doesn't match what you expected, the team at the space are the best people to speak with on the day.

What to expect

Your booking confirms the date and time you have access. Check your confirmation for any start-time details specific to your escape — some places ask you to arrive within a window.

Arrive a little early if you can — some escapes have a brief orientation or wristband process at check-in.
